Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by GainGame.com, payment must be received by GainGame.com prior to GainGame.com acceptance of an order. GainGame.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by GainGame.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Unless you provide GainGame with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of product and the product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes (8.875% tax rate in NY)associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only.

The limited warranty applicable the product bought from GainGame.com is 30 days. 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer. Otherwise, GainGame.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only.The warranty protects against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival ) and any manufacturing defects. After first 30 days, only the warranty provided by the original manufacturer will be in effect. Warranties may vary by products or manufacturers.

All returns require a RMA # within 7(seven) days after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the product will be considered as damaged by the customer. RMA # is good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Please email Service@GainGame.com to submit your return request. All returns will be evaluated by our technical team. Please confirm that your personal info is accurate and effective. Your cooperation and confirmation is required while connetion. GainGame.com is not responsible for refund for losing connection with customer. We will not handle your case any longer in fourteen (14) days. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

We disclaim any responsibility for the deletion, the failure to store, the misdelivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material. We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet using search results from our sites. We disclaim any responsibility for, and if you subscribe to one of our fee-based services you will not be entitled to a refund as a result of, any service outages that are caused by our maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of our service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.GainGame does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business, GainGame will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. Inappropriate content on GainGame.com are strictly prohibited. Impersonating a GainGame employee or other person is strictly forbidden. GainGame employees and agents will never ask you for your logon i.d., password, or credit card number. You should not reveal personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example home address and telephone number). You may not use any of our services to spam others. Spam includes sending many identical unsolicited messages to others, or sending messages to the chat room repeatedly. If GainGame has reason to believe you may be spamming, your account will be disabled without notice. You shall not upload or transmit any material that may infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, or any proprietary rights of GainGame or any third party. You shall not access unauthorized accounts and services or attempt to logon to accounts which are not yours.
